Clint has been in the civil and earthmoving industry for 28 years.
Originally from the small country town of Kojonup, in the south-east of Perth, Clint grew up with a large family which allowed him to have his first go at driving a bobcat at the age of 11.
After moving to Perth and finishing school, Clint began working as a machine operator, and doing landscaping and paving jobs on the weekends. With a strong business mind and a desire to work for himself, Clint began a brick paving business, which later became an earthmoving business, and after 10 years of being on his own, Green Genie was born.
Clint fills various roles at Green Genie from organising his employees every day so they get to the right job on time, with the right equipment, to dealing with customers, troubleshooting, problem solving and ensuring things go smoothly on all projects; Clint aspires to achieve the best results he can for his customers.
Clint has built a strong team at Green Genie, which includes his father as a truck driver, and his eldest son as one of his key bobcat operators. He loves the family atmosphere Green Genie shares, and prides himself on sharing his experience and knowledge with his employees.
When not at Green Genie, Clint can be found spending time with his lovely wife Lisa and four children, Liam, Madeline, Gracie and Sean. If he’s not watching his kids play sport or spending time at his beloved footy club, you will find him on the water in his boat, fishing, swimming and towing the kids around on the sea biscuit.
